Terms and Conditions

Liability Release:

I, the participant or legal guardian of a minor participant (hereafter referred to as the “Participant”), hereby grant the permission necessary to allow the Participant to participate in events hosted by KPOPCENTER Dance Studio Inc. (hereby referred to as “KPOPCENTER”). I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, acknowledge that the terms of this agreement apply to my participation in any and all events held at or by KPOPCENTER, and at any time I, or the Participant, am/is on the premises of KPOPCENTER Dance Studio whether for recreational, social, or business purposes and circumstances. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, understand and accept the inherent risks of participating at events held at KPOPCENTER, such as: Dance Classes, Rehearsals, Special Events, socials, and all events whether official or unofficial held at and by KPOPCENTER at the time of this signing and in the future. These risks include, but are not limited to, injury, disease or other threat of physical harm to the Participant and others, and damage to or theft of personal property. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, hereby release and hold harmless KPOPCENTER and its successors from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Participant’s attendance in Event, and the time traveling to and from KPOPCENTER. KPOPCENTER does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide Participant with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or insurance. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, hereby expresses voluntarily and of my own free will, my understanding of such release, and waive any and all claim or liability I may have against KPOPCENTER with respect to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from any activity and participation at KPOPCENTER. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, I express my understanding and agreement to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability.

Media Release:

I understand that KPOPCENTER from time to time produces promotional material relating to its programs. I understand that as Participant and/ or a spectator at the Event that Participant may be included in videotapes, social media posts, and videocasts or photographs taken during the Event. Therefore, without reservation or limitations, I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, hereby assign, transfer and grant to KPOPCENTER, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and / or videotape Participant and to utilize such videotapes and photographs and Participant’s name, face likeness, voice and appearance as a part of the Event or in any other media now in existence or hereafter developed, in advertising and promoting the Event, in advertising and promoting similar future events or in advertising and promotions relating to KPOPCENTER without reservations and limitations. I further understand that neither KPOPCENTER nor any third party is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses and privileges herein granted. I waive any right to inspect or approve the programs, copies thereof and any promotional materials related thereto.

Medical Release:

I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, acknowledge and agree that such participation subjects Participant to the possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/ or death) and that I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, acknowledge that Participant is assuming the risk of such illness or injury by participating in the Event. In the event of such illness or injury, I authorize KPOPCENTER to obtain necessary medical treatment for Participant and hereby, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, release and hold harmless KPOPCENTER’s staff, associates, and successors, in the exercises of this authority. I further acknowledge and understand that I will be responsible for any and all medical and related bills that may be incurred on behalf of Participant for any illness or injury that Participant may sustain during the Event and while traveling to and from the site for the Event whether or not the Event actually occurs.

I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, hereby warrant that I have read these Terms and Conditions in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, am aware that these Terms and Conditions releases KPOPCENTER and its affiliates from liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of Participant, have agreed to these Terms and Conditions voluntarily and of my own free will.

Studio Policies :

OBSERVATION

Standard Classes:
No observation at any time. (makes students uncomfortable during learning environment)
No visitors are permitted in the studio during class sessions.

Kids Classes:
Parent(s) may attend to observe their child on the east side of the studio if they insist. (seating can be set prior to class starting)

SIGN UP CUT OFF
Cut off time is 15 minutes after the start of any class. Any attendees looking to join after the cut off will be denied entry. (master classes are subjected to adjustable rules upon approval)
There will be no discounts to those who come nearing the 15 minute mark.

REFUNDS
Classes are non-refundable if canceled 1 hour before class for max capacity bookings. (master classes or pop ups fall in this category)

DRINKS & FOOD
No snacks or food will be allowed in the studio.

PHONES
Cell phones are permitted in the studio and are to be set on mute.
Any phone calls needed to be made can be taken inside the lobby or outside.

DISRUPTIONS
Any foul language/profanity is never permitted inside KPC.
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. If so you will be given a warning and/or asked to leave the premises. If there is no compliance you may be removed by security.
Bullying and gossip is not tolerated as well.
Please respect your fellow dance mates as they should with you.

LOST AND FOUND
Please check with the front desk for any missing items. We will do our best to assist and or report to any contact given, if the missing item turns up.

STOLEN PROPERTY
K-Pop Center & KPC Studio cannot be held accountable for any missing/stolen items. Please be aware and safely store your property where necessary.
